Ker. HC: Untimely Death of Husband Sufficient Ground to Condone Delay - 03.08.2024

Kerala High Court has held that for seeking condonation of delay in filing an application under Section 394 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, untimely death of husband is sufficient reason to justify such delay.
