Cal. HC: Without Prior Sanction of Waqf Board, Mutthwali Cannot Enter into Lease of Waqf Property - 03.08.2024

Calcutta High Court has held that the property concerned is a Waqf property and as has been held that once a Waqf it is always a Waqf and as on date without the prior sanction of the Waqf Board the Mutthwali can never enter into lease of the Waqf property.
