SC: Dismissal of Employees Given Compassionate Appointment on Forged Documents, Approved - 03.08.2024

Supreme Court has upheld the dismissal of employees who were given compassionate appointment on the basis of forged documents and expressed displeasure over the inactions of Railways in appointing the employees based on questionable documentation.
