MP HC: Relocation of Liquor Shop Doesn’t Violate Shop Owner’s Right to Trade - 02.08.2024

Madhya Pradesh High Court has held that license to run a liquor shop is not a business but it is a privilege conferred by the State and an order regarding relocation of a liquor shop is not violative of right to trade under Article 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India.
