Bom. HC: Refugee Who Overstayed Asked to Move to Pakistan or Gulf Countries - 02.08.2024

Bombay High Court while hearing a plea by a Yemen National, who was facing a Leave India Notice and was contesting the same, has asked him to either move to Pakistan or any gulf countries and not to take advantage of India’s liberal attitude.
