Ker. HC: Decision to Make 25 Saturdays Working in Academic Year, Quashed - 02.08.2024

Kerala High Court while quashing the decision of Director of General Education for making 25 Saturdays working in an academic year, has observed that the decision of having a six day working week was taken without due consideration to mental health of students.
