Del. HC: In Habeas Corpus Plea, UIDAI Can be Directed to Provide Data About Missing Persons - 01.08.2024

Delhi High Court has stated that UIDAI can be directed by the High Court dealing with the Habeas Corpus petition, in exceptional cases, to disclose the data to the Court in a sealed cover, even without being afforded a prior hearing.
