Bombay High Court Quashes Rape Case Against 73 Year Old Man - 01.08.2024

Bom. HC has quashed a rape case against a 73-year-old man for allegedly raping victim for 31 years. Court stated that FIR clearly indicates consensual relationship. The parties were indulging in sexual relationship for 31 years & complainant never said a word about her objection to the relationship.
