NGT’s short-lived ban on diesel

The National Green Tribunal, Southern Zone Bench, ruled that no diesel-powered vehicles with an engine capacity of 2000 cc and over would be register in the state. Moreover, vehicles over ten years old, regardless of size and engine capacity, will not be permitted to ply in major cities in the State.
