SC: Can’t Levy Entertainment Tax on Internet Service Provided by Cinema Owner - 31.07.2024

Supreme Court has held that the internet service provided by cinema owner under the Tamil Nadu Entertainment Tax Act, 1939 cannot be charged with entertainment tax.
