Jh. HC: Unless Execution of Sale Deed is Proved, Exhibit on the Same Cannot be Marked - 30.07.2024

Jh. HC has observed that sale deed is private document though after registration in the office of Registrar it becomes public document. But unless and until execution of sale deed is proved by witnesses of the sale deed or the parties to the sale deed the exhibit on the same cannot be marked.
