Allahabad HC: Accused Acquitted for Major Contradictions in Statements of Eyewitness - 30.07.2024

Allahabad High Court has acquitted three accused who were sentenced to life imprisonment for committing the offence of murder on the ground that there were serious and major contradictions and omissions not only in the statement of eyewitnesses but in the statement of police witnesses.
