SC: State Bar Councils and BCI Cannot Charge More than the Specified Amount as Enrollment Fee - 30.07.2024

Supreme Court has held that the State Bar Councils and the Bar Council of India cannot charge more than the amount specified under Section 24(1)(f) of the Advocates Act, 1961 for enrollment.
