MP HC: Licencing Authority May Cancel Arm’s License if there is Threat to Safety and Peace - 29.07.2024

Madhya Pradesh High Court has clarified that if there is satisfaction on the part of licensing authority that a person is involved in a criminal activity and there is a threat to the public safety and public peace, arms license of such person may be cancelled.
