SC: Challenge to Requirement of 70% LL.B Marks for MP Judicial Exams, Dismissed - 29.07.2024

Supreme Court has dismissed a petition challenging requirement of 70% marks in LL.B for eligibility to the entry level post of Madhya Pradesh Judicial Services and stated that eligibility rules ensure that better people join the judiciary.
