Kerala High Court: Denial of Ordinary Leave Reduces Convict’s Chances of Rehabilitation - 26.07.2024

Kerala High Court has observed that denying ordinary leave to convicts for long years can have detrimental effect on the prisoner's reformation and reduce chances of rehabilitation. Good behaviour has to be approached objectively while deciding request for ordinary leave.
