Delhi HC Issues Circular Regarding Pass-Overs or Adjournments in Bail, Parole Matters - 26.07.2024

Delhi HC has issued a circular stating that in all matters viz. Interim Bail, Bail, Suspension of sentence, Parole, Furlough and cancellation thereof, counsels are requested to avoid unnecessary pass-overs or adjournments and must file status reports and replies within the stipulated time frame.
