MP HC: Accused Can’t be Compelled to Languish in Jail in Absence of Progression of Trial - 26.07.2024

MP High Court while allowing bail application of an accused, has held that if there is delay in progression of trial, then no one can be allowed to languish in jail because unless and until a person is held to be guilty he has to be presumed innocent.
