MP HC: Executive Can’t Proscribe Voluntary Membership of Organisations - 26.07.2024

MP HC has observed that voluntary membership of a national & internationally famed organisation like RSS, for activities like religious, social, philanthropic, educational cannot be proscribed through executive instructions. They ought to have been done through duly enacted law if necessity arises.
