Delhi High Court: Can Include Non-Signatories in Arbitration Beyond Group Company Ties - 25.07.2024

Delhi High Court has held that in an arbitration proceeding, non-signatory can be included if there exists a contractual relationship that makes the non-signatory partially or wholly responsible for obligations towards the claimants.
