Delhi High Court: Fencing around Yamuna Floodplains must be Ensured - 25.07.2024

Delhi High Court has directed the Delhi Development Authority to ensure proper fencing around Yamuna River floodplains whenever illegal or unauthorized constructions and encroachments are removed.
