SC: Rehabilitation of People Necessary before Evicting them for Development of Railway Station - 25.07.2024

Supreme Court while hearing an application on an order staying eviction of people who encroached upon railway property, has stated that authorities should ensure rehabilitation of people before evicting them from the encroached lands.
