Cal. HC: Arbitrator Relying on Unverified Evidence is Contrary to Fundamental Policy of Indian Law - 24.07.2024

Calcutta High Court has observed that evidence which is not verified cannot be equated with proof of a claim and if the arbitrator relies on such evidence it shall be in violation of fundamental policy of Indian law.
