Calcutta High Court: Warrant of Arrest Should Not be Issued Mechanically - 24.07.2024

Calcutta High Court while quashing warrant of arrest against accused, has observed that warrant of arrest cannot be issued by trial court without application of mind and without justifying issuance of the same.
