Man. HC: IT Officer to Communicate Order of Reassessment and Demand Notice Within Time - 23.07.2024

Manipur High Court has held that if the Income Tax Officer makes reassessment without communicating the order of reassessment and the demand notice of the reassessment within the requisite time, such assessment cannot be treated as valid.
