Cal. HC: Same Issue through Different Appeals Can’t be Raised by LLP & its Partners under A&C Act - 23.07.2024

Calcutta High Court has held that separate appeals cannot be filed over the same issue under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by an LLP and its partners, by citing principle of 'separate legal entity'.
