SC: Plea Seeking Permission to Political Leaders to Campaign through Virtual Mode, Dismissed - 23.07.2024

Supreme Court has dismissed a Special Leave Petition (SLP) that sought direction against Election Commission of India to ensure that political leaders who are arrested should be allowed to campaign through virtual mode and remarked that petition was filed with malafide intentions.
