Order Holding that Watching Child Porn Isn’t an Offence, Recalled by Karnataka HC - 22.07.2024

Karnataka High Court has recalled the order in which it was held that watching child pornography online is not an offence under Section 67B of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and observed that this court had erroneously passed the order without noticing section 67B (b) of the Act.
