SC: Dispute regarding Discharge of Contract is Arbitrable as per Arbitration Agreement - 22.07.2024

SC has observed that once contract has been discharged by performance, no right to seek performance, or to perform any obligation remains under it but if any dispute arises as to whether a contract has been discharged or not, such a dispute is arbitrable as per the arbitration agreement.
