Guj. HC: Asking Unknown Woman her Name, Address Doesn’t Constitute Sexual Harassment - 19.07.2024

Gujarat High Court has observed that the act on the part of a man to ask name, address etc., of an unknown lady can be said to be an inappropriate act, but the same would not amount to sexual harassment.
