J&K HC: Dispute Involving Elements of Criminality Not Automatically Excluded from Arbitration - 18.07.2024

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has held that a dispute that is predominantly civil in nature but has certain elements of criminality, shall not automatically be prohibited from being referred to arbitration.
