Calcutta HC: Arbitration Invoked After Stipulated Period Doesn’t Frustrate Intention to Arbitrate - 18.07.2024

Calcutta High Court has held that if arbitration has been invoked by the parties after the period that is defined in the arbitration clause, it shall not frustrate the intention of the parties to refer their disputes to arbitration.
