SC: Can’t Exclude Qualified Candidate from Merit List Only on Ground of Lack of Experience - 18.07.2024

Supreme Court while granting relief to a woman who was denied place in the merit list despite obtaining the qualifying marks, has observed that Bihar Staff Selection Commission was not right by denying her a place on the merit list only on the ground that she had zero work experience.
