Centre Issues Notification Regarding Reference to Replacements of IPC, CrPC, IEA - 17.07.2024

Central Government has issued a notification stating that where any reference of IPC, 1860 or CrPC, 1973 or IEA, 1872 is made in any Act, Ordinance, Regulation under Article 240 of Constitution, President’s Order, such reference shall respectively be read as reference of BNS, BNSS, or BSA, 2023.
