NCLT: Insolvency Plea by BCCI against Byju’s Admitted - 16.07.2024

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has admitted an insolvency plea filed by BCCI against ed-tech firm Byju’s over default on debt due to BCCI with regard to Indian cricket team's jersey sponsorship deals.
