Ker. HC: Second Opinion to Determine Authenticity of Disability Certificate Can be Sought by MACT - 16.07.2024

Ker. HC has observed that MACT cannot sit as mute spectators while considering claims and are expected to take a pro-active role in decision making process. If the Tribunals have any doubt regarding authenticity or correctness of the disability certificate, a second opinion can be sought by them.
