Bombay High Court: Tariff Authority’s Interpretation of Scale of Rates is Binding - 15.07.2024

Bombay High Court has held that the interpretation of the ‘Scale of Rates’ by the Tariff Authority for Major Ports (TAMP), fixed by it for services and other charges shall be considered as a decision and is binding on the parties that are involved.
