Del. HC: Detailed Reasons Not to be Given by Arbitrator When Granting Request to Summon Witnesses - 15.07.2024

Delhi High Court has held that for granting the request to summon a witness under section 27(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the arbitrator is not required to give any detailed reasons.
