SC: For Smooth Functioning of CIC, Commissioner has Power to Form Benches & Frame Regulations - 15.07.2024

SC has held that Chief Information Commissioner has comprehensive authority to oversee & direct functioning of CIC and is allowed to implement measures that ensure smooth & efficient functioning of Commission, including formation of benches of Commission, making decisions for effective operation.
