SC: Before Initiating Trap Proceedings against Public Servants, Demand of Bribery to be Verified - 15.07.2024

Supreme Court has stated that in order to lay down the trap for catching a public servant for accepting bribe, the fact of demand of bribery must be verified by the Investigating Officer.
