SC: Court Can’t Take Cogni. of Offence Committed by Public Servant Without Following S. 19 of PC Act - 12.07.2024

Supreme Court has held that courts cannot take cognizance against any public servant for offences committed u/s 7,11,13 & 15 of the PC Act, 1988 even on an application under section 319 of the CrPC, 1973 without first following the requirements of Section 19 of the PC Act, 1988.
