Karnataka HC: Illegal to Impose Condition of Furnishing Bank Guarantee While Granting Bail - 12.07.2024

Karnataka High Court while hearing an application on modification of bail condition, has restated that it is illegal to impose a bail condition on the accused to furnish a bank guarantee of any quantum in order to get released.
