Del. HC: DDA Directed to Remove Encroachments & Illegal Construction on Yamuna River Bank - 11.07.2024

Delhi High Court while disposing of a plea regarding unauthorized construction on the Yamuna river bank, has directed the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to remove all the encroachments and illegal construction that has been done on the Yamuna river bank, river bed.
