Del. HC: Regulation by FSSAI Enhancing Size of Statutory Warning on Pan Masala Packages, Upheld - 11.07.2024

Delhi High Court has upheld the regulation issued by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) that enhanced the size of statutory warning on the packs of pan masala from 3mm to 50% of the front-of-pack of the label.
