Del. HC: Time from Petition u/s 34 of A&C Act to 2015 Amendment Act Excluded from Limitation Period - 10.07.2024

Delhi High Court has held that, for enforcement of an arbitral award, time period beginning from the filing of petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 till amendment to the Arbitration Act in 2015 should be excluded while calculating the limitation period.
