Ker. HC: Denial of Individual's Rights for Failure to Perform Impossible Task, Not Permitted by Law - 10.07.2024

Kerala High Court has held that an individual’s right to seek public employment cannot be denied by law merely because of failure to complete an impossible task. Such denial shall also be violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India.
