SC: Can Consider Death by Single Stab as Murder if Ingredients of S. 300 IPC are Fulfilled - 10.07.2024

Supreme Court while upholding the conviction of an accused for murder, has held that causing the death of a person by a single stab can also be considered as murder if requirements of Section 300 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 are fulfilled.
