Bom. HC: Constitutional Validity of UGC Regulations on Open and Distance Learning, Upheld - 09.07.2024

Bom HC has upheld constitutional validity of UGC (Open & Distance Learning Programmes & Online Programmes) Regulations, 2020 that require universities to accomplish certain accreditation scores or rankings & to offer programmes in conventional mode before offering them through distance/online modes.
