SC: Only Legally Permissible Grounds Should be Included in Petitions & Appeal u/s 34 & 37 of A&C Act - 09.07.2024

SC has observed that bulky and lengthy submissions in arbitral proceedings make arbitral procedure inefficient, unfair and waste Court’s time. It is important that members of Bar show restraint by incorporating only legally permissible grounds in petitions u/s 34 and appeals u/s 37 of A&C Act, 1996.
