Delhi HC Stays CIC Order to Disclose IB Report on Whistle-blower - 09.06.2016

Delhi High Court has stayed Chief Information Commission (CIC) order directing the Intelligence Bureau (IB) to make public its report on alleged harassment of whistle-blower IFoS officer Sanjiv Chaturvedi.
